About E-Tech’s BOT Model
•E-Tech will form a division within its Indian entity to carry out dedicated development work for Client Company as its extended development center.
• E-Tech will staff this client extended development center as per the needs of the Client Company. These people will be dedicated to only client company work assignments.
•E-Tech will provide all infrastructure and project management services during the operation.
• After operating for a decided time, the Client Company can take over the team and ready the process under its Indian entity if they decide to form the same.
How it works?
•Client company has full participation in team selection process •Team remains on E-Tech rolls during BOT phase to be transferred at the decided date.
•Each team member will have US extension numbers and will be a part of VPN
•Separate physical and data security will be provided in Indian infrastructure.
•Client Company can depute few people at the extended center.
•Clearly defined and distinct office facility and infrastructure within E-Tech Indian operations.
